1- Royal Drivers of Canada is a Ministry of Transportation (MTO) Approved Beginner Driver Educations (BDE) course provider.

2- We utilize the TrubiCARS Curriculum which is one of the most widely used in Ontario.

3- The course consists of 20 Hours of Online Classes, 10 Hours of Homelink homework and 10 Hours of 1 on 1 In-car Driving Instruction. The Ministry of Transportation of Ontario requires that each must successfully complete to be certified. The Passing mark for the online classes are is 70% ,and
for In-Car Passing mark is 80%.

4- To book an In-Car driving practice, we must have a copy of your Driving License and must be paid in full.

5- If you need to cancel the In-Car Practice, 24 hour notice must be given or you may be subject to no show fee of $75 per lesson missed.

6- Students with a Road Test Package must book the Road Test through the office. We can not guarantee instructor availability if the student book their own test.

7- Refund Policy: Course Fees and Deposits are non-refundable. if payment terms are not met, service will be suspended until terms are fulfilled.

8- Ministry of Transportation (MTO) Regulation 473-07 states that all students must complete the program within one year of their first online class date to be certified as a graduate of the Ministry of Transportation Approved Beginner Driver Education Program.

9- Student requiring proof of course completion will need to obtain a Driver's License History fromService of Ontario a $12 cost

This information is used by Royal Drivers to improve our business. Information provided may be shared with the Ministry of Transportation, an MTO course Inspetor and Insurance Bureau of Canada. We don't share your information with anyone other than those listed above. We may disclose information when required or permitted by law to do so.
