Royal Drivers Of Canada - Driving School Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions of Service MTO-Approved ProviderRoyal Drivers of Canada is an approved Beginner Driver Education (BDE) course provider recognized by the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario (MTO).CurriculumWe use the TrubiCARS Curriculum, one of the most widely utilized programs in Ontario.Course StructureThe BDE course includes:20 hours of online classroom instruction10 hours of Homelink (homework)10 hours of one-on-one in-car driving lessonsTo receive certification, students must successfully complete all components. The minimum passing grade is 70% for online classes and 80% for in-car training.In-Car Lesson BookingTo schedule in-car driving lessons, students must provide a copy of their valid driver’s license and ensure full payment has been made.Cancellation PolicyA minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for in-car lesson cancellations. Failure to provide notice may result in a $75 no-show fee per missed lesson.Road Test BookingStudents who purchase a Road Test Package must schedule their test through our office. If a student books their own test, instructor availability cannot be guaranteed.Refund PolicyAll course fees and deposits are non-refundable. Services will be suspended if payment terms are not met until the outstanding balance is fulfilled.Course Completion DeadlineAs per MTO Regulation 473-07, students must complete the entire program within one year from the start of their first online class to be certified as a BDE graduate.Code of ConductStudents are expected to uphold a standard of respect, responsibility, and safety during all driving school activities.Proof of Course CompletionStudents requiring proof of course completion must obtain a Driver’s License History from Service Ontario at a cost of $12.Privacy &amp; Information SharingRoyal Drivers of Canada (herein referred to as "Royal Drivers") respects the privacy and confidentiality of student information.
